We sometimes place our adult Manx and Cymric cats after retiring from showing or breeding. At the present time, Karello Cattery does not have any available adults.
A registered breeder we work with in Washington state, Lyssa Paull at Faerietail Cattery, is reducing her Cattery and has these retired adults available.

“Voidling” – (Available – $500.00) is CFA registered, soon to be TICA registered. She’s a black, rumpy, spayed female. She’s a very sweet girl. Her sire is from the Isle of Man.

Why Choose An Adult
If you’d rather not wait for a kitten or no kittens are available, an adult is the way to go. Manx live longer than many other cat breeds. Some live to be over 20 yrs old. Karello’s Miss America, was 18yrs old when we lost her Summer of 2025. Our retired adults make wonderful pets and companions. They have plenty of life left in them and lots of love to give. Without the searching and waiting for a kitten, as well as cost.
When rehoming an adult who has only known one place as home all their lives, they could need a human who understands trust is earned, not given. All will need time to adjust, in some cases a few days, others weeks to become comfortable in a new home with new humans and surroundings. Our Adult Manx have been being placed this way successfully for 30 years. We’re very thankful to the families who’ve opened their hearts and homes to these great cats.

Shipping and Transportation
Owners can choose to pick up their adult personally or we’ll recommend a ground or air transport courier service we’ve worked with in the past. We don’t deliver or fly them cargo.
All shipping, transportation and vet expenses are owners responsibility. They can include courier service, rental car, gas, parking, airline round trip flight, a health certificate and rabies vaccine fees. Additional testing desired by owner, Feline Leukemia, a pet passport, a carrier and a microchip can also be included. Discuss these fees with your breeder, they can be detailed in the Sales Contract.
