The following agreement is entered into by Karello Cattery and potential owner /purchaser listed within this kitten reservation form. All parties assent breeder gets first choice of all kittens born into Karello Cattery and Karello Cattery’s breeding program is priority before any kittens are promised, sold or placed. Regardless if a deposit has been made or not and if kitten promised. Breeder reserves the right to change her mind about placing any feline that could reflect negativity towards Karello Cattery.

FELINE DEFINITIONS
Pet – A domestic animal kept for companionship or pleasure. For pet quality, no guarantee is given to show ability, only to breed representation. (Pets are to be spayed or neutered on or before the date agreed with in Karello Cattery Sales Contract. Generally, on or before 6 months of age.) (A standard Karello Cattery Sales Contract will be used.)
Show or Exhibit – Meets or exceeds breed standard to be entered into feline competition publicly for purposes of judging breed confirmation and exhibiting of the breed. No guarantee is given to temperament or show ability. (A Karello Cattery Show/Exhibit Contract will be used.)
Breeder – Meets and exceeds breed standard. Permission is given to breed the Manx from Karello Cattery to contracted Owner/Purchaser only. No guarantee to delivery or offspring quality is given. All offspring are not to be placed unaltered within 2 generations from contracted Karello Cattery parent. (A Karello Cattery Breeder Contract will be used.)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A $300 USD per each kitten, is required to reserve kitten (s) at Karello Cattery. Owner/Purchaser has seven (7) days to cancel this deposit after deposit is received by Breeder/Seller. After seven (7) days, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. The kitten (s) offered are at the discretion of the Breeder/Seller, with the understanding of depositor, Karello Cattery’s breeding program and breeder’s choice comes first.3. This agreement reserves for future purchase by ______________________________
4. A kitten must be chosen by Owner/Buyer, from those born within or by a year from date of deposit. Should a suitable kitten not be available in a years time, deposit will be returned to Owner/Buyer. A suitable kitten is defined as a healthy Manx kitten of only the requested coat length, and tail status. Once the group of available kittens is determined, Owner/Buyer will be offered a choice in the order deposits are received.
5. Kittens are sold for the following amounts (plus shipping/transportation expenses which may include a purchase of a carrier, veterinarian office fees including for rabies shot, health certificate, testing and anything extra Owner/Buyer wishes our veterinarian to do.)
- Tailed and stubby tailed kittens are $1,000 USD.
- Tailless begin at $1,500 USD and go up.
- Breeder quality begin at $2,500 USD.
Breeder/Seller determines the quality of each kitten.
7. Kitten (s) are to be picked up or transported within a timely manner after breeder informs Owner/Buyer kittens are ready to go. A reasonable amount of time being within 3 days of notification.
